Fundraising Audits:
Some affiliates may not be ready for a ByrneAllen fundraising campaign. The affiliate leadership and staff simply need to know what they are doing right, and what could be changed in order to make their volunteer fundraising efforts more effective.

ByrneAllen has conducted thousands of one-on-one solicitation meetings with businesses, churches, foundations and individuals and raised millions of dollars on behalf of Habitat for Humanity affiliates through our campaigns. We incorporate our extensive experience into a comprehensive review of your affiliate's fundraising operations and detail suggested changes that will make your affiliate more visible and your fundraising efforts more effective.

Fundraising Audits include (i) one full observation day on-site at your affiliate, (ii) 30 days of research and report preparation, and (iii) one full on-site day of report presentation with affiliate leadership and staff.

Strategic Plan Development:
We believe in the old adage: "if you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there." In order to successfully raise more money, an affiliate must know "where it is going."

Through a structured two-day Strategic Planning Retreat, ByrneAllen can help you and your board of directors develop a realistic, multi-year operational and fundraising plan that takes into account the operational and fundraising realities of your affiliate and your community.

We utilize our extensive Habitat for Humanity experience to help you structure a plan that will receive maximum financial and community support from funding sources in your community. A comprehensive written plan is presented to your affiliate within two weeks of the Strategic Planning Retreat.

Comprehensive Feasibility Study:
Some affiliates are ready to move forward with a campaign to fund their multi-year strategic plan. Most "fundraising consultants" interview only a small sampling (30-35) of potential donors during a feasibility study. Because ByrneAllen will be responsible for raising the commitments during a campaign, our feasibility studies are substantially more thorough.

ByrneAllen conducts 80-100 (or more, 107 in St. Charles MO) one-on-one, face-to-face interviews with local business, church, foundation and civic leaders during a 60-day feasibility study. Through these interviews, we evaluate and measure your community's philosophical and potential financial support for your mission and your plan.

At the conclusion of our study, we detail our findings and recommendations in a written report that includes a campaign goal that ByrneAllen will guarantee to raise.

Fundraising Campaign & Guaranteed Fundraising Goal:
Following the two-month study, your affiliate is under no obligation to engage ByrneAllen for a fundraising campaign.

If you elect to move forward with a fundraising campaign, ByrneAllen will raise the goal through one-on-one solicitation meetings with potential supporters and guarantee your success. We place our reputation and a portion of our compensation on the line, guaranteeing to reach your goal by the end of the eight-month campaign.
